This Privacy Policy describes how Top Terra & MM LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ no. 19.295.669/0001-86, the company responsible for the Measuring Masters store (measuringmasters.com), collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of its customers and visitors, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law no. 13.709/2018).
By using our website and making purchases, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. What data we collect
- Registration and purchase data: full name or company name, CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax IDs), state registration (when applicable), email, phone/mobile number and delivery and billing address.
- Payment data: transactions are processed directly by Mercado Pago. We do not store credit card data on our servers.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies (see the section on cookies).
- Purchase intent / cart: when you enter your details at checkout, even if the purchase is not completed, we may record your name, email, phone and the items in your cart in order to remind you to complete the purchase. This processing is based on legitimate interest, and you can ask for deletion and unsubscribe at any time.
- Newsletter and communications: an email address provided voluntarily, with your consent, to receive news and offers.
2. What we use your data for
- Processing and delivering your orders;
- Calculating shipping and issuing tax documents;
- Charging payments and preventing fraud;
- Providing support and customer service (including by email and WhatsApp);
- Sending messages about your order status;
- With your consent, sending offers, news and cart reminders;
- Improving the browsing experience and the security of the website.
3. Who we share it with
We share data only with partners that are essential to running the store, and only what is necessary:
- Mercado Pago – payment processing;
- Correios (Brazilian postal service) and carriers – product delivery;
- Website hosting and infrastructure tools;
- Public authorities, when required by law or court order.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Surveying tools: the calculators run in your browser. When you search for an address, it goes straight from your browser to OpenStreetMap (the Nominatim service), which returns the coordinates; the maps are also loaded from OpenStreetMap. Measuring Masters does not receive or keep the address you searched for or your location.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for the cart and login to work (essential), and we may use analytics and marketing cookies with your consent. You can manage your preferences in the cookie notice shown on the website and in your browser settings.
5. Your rights as a data subject (LGPD)
You may, at any time, request:
- Confirmation that your data is being processed and access to your data;
- Correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- Deletion or anonymization of data, where applicable;
